Answer:

tie n die any colour you want they look good aswell
buy plaid stuff and things at goodwill and rip them apart and like wear clothes underneath so its not to risque. ^^
Absolutely. Take a perfectly good pair of jeans. Wash it in mild bleach, and then tear some holes into it with a blunt object.
At the restaurant I used to work at we tried both baking soda and flour. They both some how started on fire, which supposedly isn't possible. Smoothering it is the best way. We used a large pan and a spatchula.
Punk was started by a british band of boys that were poor and wanted to rebel against the govornment. Over the years other aspects of the style have been propogated. Typical iconic aspects of the style include, chains, safety pins, old badges and fish netting. (the band used what they had lying around to decorate their costumes.) American punk includes baggy clothes and bright clashing colors. Australian punk, sports punk band t-shirts (we always get things after they have been commercialised down here.) but for classic punk, you want blazers and plad that sort of thing. Rip them up, using a cheese grater or nail file works rather nicely. Add the netting, chains, badges and safety pins. For a modern twist get a piece of rubber, styrofoam or potato or something and carve a skull design on it (or buy one form a craft shop), then get some acrylic fabric paint and roughly stamp skulls on the clothes. Make sure you heat set the paint after it dries for a day before you wash it. The best way is put a piece of wax paper over it and just iron it with a hot iron. Razor blades have also been a very new addtion to the style, you can glue them on. (make sure you put some sealing glue on the edge and let it dry to blunt them so they don't cut you or your clothes in the wash.)
