I am not aware of any company the commercially markets fuel cells specifically for cars at this time.
For battery operated vehicles, Ballard (fork lifts only) . Bloom, fuel cell technology. There are supposed to be a few fuel cell powered vehicles coming out commercially this year. Daimler and Ford bought out the Ballard car cell division and Mercedes has a fuel celled vehicle due for release in 2015.
