Question:

why are fire hydrants red?

why are fire hydrants red?

Answer:

Under the surface of the earth, there are plates that shift and stuff. I've heard it said that California's plate is moving more actively than others because of like volcanoes or somehting and eventually it will break from the rest of the United States. Drop off into the ocean is what I heard but i sont think it's going to go under water, I think it will just become an island. Not sure though. Look up plate tectonics on National Geographic.
3 sets of 10 reps should be fine. It depends on how much you can do at that weight. Just make sure you focus on form, keep your elbows locked and move them as little as possible. Keep them stationary if you can
