Dell GX270 has front green steady light but the back shows 4 lights are off. Motherboard dead?
These led lights are good troubleshooting tool in your case if not booting or starting then it could be dead,try this re seat the ram ,re seat the atx power supply connector,re seat the cpu,still no indication on the led lights change the motherboard these light go from red to all green normal booting of the pc.
