I have only one suggestion and it is the same for anyone having a phone interview. Sit at a desk or table with paper and pencil and in clothes that you feel comfortable in if someone came to the door. Probably sounds silly but it works. Also, if you have a concern about your accent, talk out loud all evening and concentrate on slow and clear. Can't hurt.
