I mean, would anyone like to see more safety clothing available for children? For example, clothing with reflective bits on for at night, or similar clothes that had that kind of 'feature'? Would you be more willing to buy clothing, like a winter coat, if it had in-built safety features? [ This is in relation to my A-Level coursework, and any help on this topic would be BRILLIANT! ]
If Another thing to try, rather than remove the CMOS battery or wite the computer off as defunct, would be to set the CMOS jumpers to clear. There are usually a set of pins and jumpers on the motherboard that are arranged a specific way. If you take the jumpers off and re-arrange them, it resets the BIOS. Once that's done, you put them back how you found them. If you decide to pull the CMOS battery or reset the jumpers, I would recommend having an experienced tech do it for you.

The gravity well of Earth keeps the sun from pulling the moon away. If you imagine space as a large, stretchy rubber sheet with a heavy object pulling down the center, that's something like the sun's gravity well. When smaller massive objects move across the well, the well changes their direction, but the smaller objects also create their own dimples in the sheet as they move. Anything moving inside the smaller gravity dimples will not respond to the greater pull of the sun. And because the dimple is inside a deeper well, the inner side of the dimple will be lower then the outer side. So it will be easier to escape Earth gravity on the sun side of the orbit than on the outer side.
