Why can't the grille lamp start?
Are you sure the light starter is not good, so the light doesn't start? If yes, change the starter.
This is very simple, because the grille panel of the T5 does not need to be used with the starter! If not bright, there are two reasons, first, the lamp is broken, and the two is the ballast inside the lamp panel is broken.
Now grille lamps are generally electronic ballasts. The light doesn't start and most of the ballasts are broken.
