I've been feeling weak in health my whole life, and recently purchased copper supplements. The results are amazing, I feel like I'm "growing", waking up energized (instead of feeling dead), my memory and concentration is stagnant, and I no longer have numbness in my muscles. So whats the problem you ask? Well I'll tell you: I'm wondering how I could be suffering from a copper deficiency if copper is a common mineral in food. How come its easily absorbed in tablet form and not in the food I eat.
