Question:

Why cant we send something to clear the space debris?

A Kind of device(Magnetic) which will absorb the space debris and kick them out.

Answer:

I expect that only a very small percentage of the debris would be made from magnetic materials,it would be a bit like trying to use a magnet to clean your living room rug
It would be extremely expensive. All the debris is going different directions and you would have to have the space craft get to at least a few thousand miles an hour to have any chance of catching the debris without making more. They are flying several times faster than bullets so catching them wouldn't be easy. It would take a lot of fuel to make all the maneuvers required
Well; I tend to agree with one answerer who stated that probably nothing would happen until some debris wiped out the space station or part of its crew. Then, a massive effort might get underway to clean up the garbage orbiting in space. The primary problem with cleaning up this orbiting trash is that it does not move in the sae direction or at similar speeds. As a result, the cleaner craft would need a large supply of fuel to be able to change speed, direction, and altitude to catch various objects of debris. Even with a concerted effort to collect the largest pieces, there would be thousands of small bits and pieces left over which could easily hole a space vehicle's relatively thin skin. The objects we are talking about are traveling around the Earth at speeds on the order of 17,000 to 25,000 Miles Per Hour. This equates to catching bullets in mid - flight, but the velocity of the bullets is far greater than projectiles from ordinary firearms. In the process of cleaning up the debris, the Catcher Vehicle would become more of a collision threat than the debris itself because of its greater size, and mass.
