Why Would someone want to wear that anyway? the game is more physical than ever, and it would break every bone on your face
Ask the manufacturer of the resin. Or the vendor. My hunch is that it might stick, especially if it goes on fairly runny and penetrates the concrete. or it might pop off. You may be able to use a primer of some sort to increase adhesion, rather than scarifying the floor. I have had good luck with the brand Stone-Hard, though it is not self leveling.
