Why didn't the LED light on the bright flashlight come on?
Before the overhaul, please ensure that the explosion-proof flashlight at each thread tightened without loosening, if the thread is not tightened, it may cause the light or light causes.
Check the tail cap switch: unscrew the LED flashlight tail, you can see the outer switch spring has a switch with two concave point pressure ring, not even a concave point in a clockwise rotation with tweezers or scissors, check the switch pressure ring is loose, to ensure that the switch pressure ring pressed on the switch, not loose
Check the battery: make sure the battery is in power and load the battery in the right direction. No different types of batteries can be used. The old and new batteries can not be mixed.
Determine the fault: unscrew the tail, show the negative end of the battery, and connect the battery anode with the metal pieces such as scissors or tweezers, and expose the non oxidizing part of the bright flashlight body to see if it is lit. If you can, is the flashlight switch, please check in step 3; if there is no light please check the circuit positions and circuit board connections are open welding or soldering welding, please re welding if you can solve the problem.
