Question:

Why do my dryer leaves lint and fuzz balls on my terry cloth bath robe?

The material is a soft terry cloth and it has big old white fuzz balls all over inside and out. Ive tried picking and brushing with a hair brush. But this is getting old. I want to find the problem and fix it.

The first thing I would do is check to make sure you're not washing natural fabrics like cotton with man made fabrics like polyester. What most people don't know is that polyester is actually glass. When you wash, say, cotton towels with a polyester sweat shirt you'll end up with pills all over your towels from the polyester. So try this one thing, wash your cottons separate from your synthetics just like you wash your whites separate from your colors.Good luck :-)
