Plastic surgery is in most cases very successful. In a lot of situations, people with deformed faces will get plastic surgery, not just people looking to improve their natural features.
You mean cosmetic surgery. Plastic surgery is often done on people with deformities, burns, and who have been in severe accidents that have left them disfigured. I don't understand why people get excessive cosmetic surgery. I can understand 1 or 2. To the point where it looks unnatural, or becomes addictive, is where I draw the line
