why do some people in SUVs drive slowly over speed bumps?
If the Fire Dept. ever did fill up a pool I hope they charge a huge price. I would hope their saving the water and their energy on saving a home and possibly a life. Fill it yourself or do a rain dance and maybe you'll get a big downpour of rain.
