Plastic bags actually have animal ingredients in them. Yes, animal fat. So cats do enjoy them. You have to be very careful. I have seen cats with blockages from plastic bags. So if you don't want to spend $1200 on surgery . . . .!
We had one who used to bite garbage bags - who knows . They are not the most sane creatures around.
