The freezer has been doing this since it was purchased years ago. I never questioned it, maybe it is supposed to dispense half-assed crushed ice? It's a Frigidaire and I just really want regular crushed ice.
Why didn't you have it fixed while it was under warranty? Mine does that when I have to change the filtration cartridge (Kenmore).
