Question:

Why don't some oil filters have bypass valves and check valves? Why don't diesel filters exist?

Answer:

Bypass valve must be a bit, but the location is different, some in the filter seat, and some in the oil pump.
Check valve? Seems to make an unnecessary move! As long as the oil pump is not abnormal wear, it will not return oil.
The diesel pipeline has only a pressure limiting valve, and the check valve is a subsidiary function of the oil pump
The pressure limiting valve is automatically operated on the top of the oil pipe at the oil pump, and the oil supply pressure is super high.
