I'm no fan boy but it has been proven Intel is better than AMD. But what is Intel doing that AMD can't? Intel has alot of money but AMD can't hire smart enough engineers to design better CPU's? We saw that Bulldozer was a complete failure and no better than the Phenom's. How could they release a processor knowing before everyone else it wasn't any better than their last line of processors? I don't get it. Is AMD just lazy?
you are the terrific option. AMD is extra low-value Than Intel. yet evaluate With overall performance Intel Processors Are One Step forward Than AMD. maximum folk Refer INTEL For that is terrific overall performance Eventhough It value Little larger Than AMD. one extra reason There Amd Produce Lot of warmth.Intel Processors did no longer Produce That lots warmth.
Intel CPUs are better than AMD CPUs because I currently have an Intel CPU (i5 2500K); just like AMD graphics cards are better than NVIDIA graphics cards; because I currently have an AMD graphics card (Radeon HD 5870). On a serious note, Intel CPUs have a much better architecture in general than the AMD chips, which is usually why they are faster and more efficient. AMD is often better value for money though, but the i3 2100 is a seriously good little dual-core gamer for just ?89, so sometimes Intel do also represent outstanding value for money.
Its actually a matter of preference. Intel are not the only ones with hyper threading. The AMD bulldozer CPU's use a similar system. For instance, the 4100fx has 2 modules that can handle 2 threads each, and your OS will recognize each thread as a &core&, same goes for the amd 6 core and 8 core variations. Intel, whilst more expensive, do give a better performance. But you have to choose to buy either the hyper threaded version (i7), or the normal version (i5, i3 etc), and whether or not you want to be able to overclock it (CPU's with a K can be overclocked, for instance i7 2600k). Nearly all AMD cpu's come unlocked out of the box, with no overclock restrictions, besides that of the motherboard and your cooling.
I wouldn't say intel is better...but better for what reason? the architecture in the Intel is ...better...because it has better &bells whistles&?? or is AMD better cause it doesn't have &bells whistles& ...just simpler architecture for a lesser price. can AMD be as good as intel? sure if you compare apples and apples not apples with oranges. True the FX &bulldozer& did not meet the expectations WE had for it...notice the big WE! WE expected a CPU that would beat Intel...didn't happen. when you want super high end processing you go with Intel...If just need good solid processing but for a cheaper price you go with AMD...its that simple. True AMD is focusing on the lower end...cause that's were MOST buyers are spending there money! look at the FM1 &A& series CPUs...nice moderate processing WITH reasonably higher end graphics....NO Intel CPU can say that at any price. Its just a matter of were you want to be in the market. Look at Mac vs. PC...people love Mac...but it is only 10-15% of the market. Is the PC better?? because it holds 80% of the market??...EACH has its own attributes that make it unique....each fills a &niche&....you buy what fills YOUR niche!
