If you can fire someone for smoking cigarettes then you should be able to fire people with STDs, bacterial infections, alcoholics, and people with straight up bad hygeine.All are detrimental to co workers health, but why is that smokers get the shaft?It's bad enough I have to hide under a blanket in a dark ally in order to smoke a butt, but now you'll take my job from me?!
The dentist will start by numbing your teeth. Then, they will likely place a rubber dam (a rubber sheet to keep things from going into your mouth). They will make small holes in the back of your teeth to access the root canal. The dentist will use very small files to clean out the nerve. He will take x-rays. He will fill in the now empty canal with gutta percha. Gutta percha is a pink rubbery material that will seal off the canal so bacteria can't get into the tooth. The last thing will be to place a tooth colored filling in the back of the tooth to close the hole. The tooth that is loose, should tighten back up after the infection is gone! It is not a difficult or painful treatment! It is actually VERY boring! Bring your MP3 player!
