Because Israel sanctions bulldozer rampages. Apparently it's acceptable for the IDF to ruin peoples' homes and livelihoods as a form of collective punishment. The only difference in Gaza, is that the Israeli government plans and supports it.
Because the chosen people are special in every way. We regular humans have no business expecting our betters to live by the same rules as everyone else. There's not a single example of Israel accepting that they are bound by the same rules of decency and humanity that the rest of the world is.
