Actually, light-skinned (in terms of African Americans) refers to any person of Black descent (whether full, half, etc) with a light brown complexion. So I would include biracial/mixed people in that category. If you don't consider biracials light-skinned, then what do you consider them skin color wise? Besides, many light-skinned people are biracial.... And I definetly wouldn't consider Ciara or Jay-Z light-skinned, they'd be medium.
