Question:

Why is my bike tire giving me problems?

So last friday I got a flat tireI patched up the hole with a kit i had and pumped air back in itI thought it was fixed but i notice that the bike was losing air pressure as i rode itIt loses about 5 PSI for every 3 or so minutes i ride itI also notice that when i try to pump it, it will not go above 50 PSINo matter how hard i try to pump air into itI really need help with this issueI am paranoid that the same issue will happen even if i get a new tubeIt is a shwinn hybrid bike which not very suitable to rough terrainI try to avoid riding over grass and bumps.

Answer:

No Your friggin recipe for baked beans starts with baked beans.
I don't use all that other crap in my baked beansI use the pork n beans, the brown sugar and the bacon!! Also I mix the sugar and beans, sprinkle the bacon on top, then bake it in 350 oven for about 45 minutes or until it is all hot and bubbly! This is one of the favored recipes I take to pot luck lunchesWe have been known to make it in one of those huge aluminum roasting pans and never take any home!
I agree that's way to long in the oven at that tempMaybe if it were set at 150-200 it would make sense because low heat to let the flavors come together is a good idea I always like to put diced onion and green pepper in my baked beansI don't put mustard or catsup in it because I don't think it makes any difference at allAlso I won't use anything but Bushes beansThey're just the best! BAKED BEANS 1 lb bacon, chopped 1 sweet onion, diced 1/2 green bell pepper, diced 1/4 cp brown sugar 3 cans Original Bushes Baked Beans Fry the bacon till crispy and set asideRemove all but about 1/3 cp of the fatAdd the onion and green pepper to the pan and saute about 5 min Put the canned beans in a crock pot or oven safe dishAdd the cooked onion, green pepper and baconStir well and cook at least 30 min up to several hours at a low temp.
Two hours is WAY too long for that recipeRather, it should be baked just until the flavors are well mixedStir frequentlyCook about 30 minutes.
You would have to put the tube under water to detect a leakThe tire itself does not seat airtight against the rim, so any air that is escaping will simply leak out above the water lineI suspect that you have something protruding through the tire and puncturing the tube You will need to re-patch the tube and run you fingers completely around the inside surface of the tire until you locate what is causing the problem and remove itLining the inside of the tire with something like and old inner tube or duct sealing tape (not duct tape, this stuff is like sticky aluminium foil) might helpPutting some kind of tube sealer in the tube would help also.
