A few days ago, my family realized that my female, fixed cat, 3 years old, was peeing everywhere EXCEPT her litterbox.First she chose my closet, until I cleaned it out and left aluminum foil, then the living room floor, then a cardboard box, then a wal-mart bag with some stuff in itTwo days ago, I took her to the vet, who said she has a urinary tract infectionShe gave my cat two shots and I've been giving her an antibiotic twice a day, but yesterday she urinated/crapped on a cardboard box, and today she peed in the wal-mart bagWhat can I do to stop this behavior? Why is it happening?
Just heights and snakes I can't watch snakes on tv or anything or I totally freak outI can't watch them pan over mountains or anything either because I get scared

Despite her infection being cured at the moment, she will continue to urinate where she already has in the past because the scent is still thereMake sure to clean the spots thoroughly and try putting some pepper down to cover the scentIt could help prevent her from continuing to urinate Other reasons why she might be doing it is the infection itselfShe may completely stop once it's goneOtherwise, she may be upset or stressed about something and trying to give you a hint I won't assume the cleanliness of the litterbox but if it's not very clean, she will urinate elsewhere to try and tell you to clean it.
