Question:

Why is no dolomite being formed in modern ocean environments or over the last 100 my?

any papers you could recommend would be great

Answer:

Dolomite is being formed in the Bahamas and I have seen it myself. Most dolomite is made by a process of chemically adding magnesium to the CaCO2 formula of calcite. The crystals are typically bent as Mg is a larger atom.
i would,nt know how to answer that because i don,t know the laws where you live.
sounds like you have all of the bases covered. don't alter the converter(s) and you should be ok.
Hahaha. Yesterday, when I was walking home and said goodbye to my old chemistry teacher, and then we walked not only in the same direction in school, but even to the station.
