Question:

Why should the compressor have cooling water, what is the function?

Why should the compressor have cooling water, what is the function?

Answer:

There are 5 types of compressors used in refrigeration and air conditioning industry: reciprocating, screw, rotary, scroll compressor and centrifugal compressor, which is a kind of widely used reciprocating small and medium-sized commercial refrigeration system. Screw compressors are mainly used in large commercial and industrial systems. Rotary compressors and scroll compressors are mainly used in domestic and small capacity commercial air conditioners, and centrifugal compressors are widely used in air-conditioning systems in large buildings.
The compressor of general household refrigerators and air conditioners uses single-phase alternating current as the power supply. Their structure and principle are basically the same, but the refrigerants used are different.Compressor is regarded as the heart of refrigeration system. The special term for compressor characteristic is called steam pump". The actual responsibility of the compressor is to raise the pressure and raise the suction pressure to the exhaust pressure. The compression ratio is a technical representation of the pressure difference, which means the absolute pressure at the high side divided by the absolute pressure at the lower side. The absolute pressure value must be used to calculate the compression ratio. In order to avoid the negative value of the compression ratio, the absolute pressure, rather than the surface pressure, must be used to calculate the pressure ratio. The absolute pressure value is used to make the compression ratio calculation positive, so that it makes sense.
Compressor, piston compressor, screw compressor, centrifugal compressor, linear compressor, etc.. The piston compressor is usually composed of a shell, an electric motor, a cylinder, a piston, a control device (a starter and a heat protector) and a cooling system. The cooling methods include oil cooling and air cooling, and three kinds of natural cooling. The linear compressor has no shaft, no cylinder, seal and heat dissipation structure.
Compressor (compressor), a driven fluid machine that promotes low-pressure gas as a high pressure gas, is the heart of a refrigeration system. It is of low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas suction pipe from the suction, through the operation of the motor drives the piston to compress it after high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas discharge pipe to the exhaust, to provide power for the refrigeration cycle, so as to realize the compression and condensation (exothermic), expansion and evaporation (endothermic) refrigeration cycle.
