it sounds much more complicated than a row os asphalt, which is all an ordinary speed bump is. Where are you going to get the compressed air? Who is going to maintain it? What happens if the air supply is broken?
Don't bother. They will just find a way to get you fired again and this time it may stick!!!! If this was a criminal charge against you and you were found innocent, the first thing you need to do is get this expunged from the courts and state rapsheet. Do a google using your state then 'expungements' and get the information you need to wipe this out before it becomes a real problem. And just don't ever put them down as a past employer.
