I'm no expert but I really do recommend you give you're muscles some time to recover. Sure you want tear the muscle tissue and have huge mass gains, but in the long run, a good rest period might be more beneficial to you than overworking your muscles.
you can do full body workouts 2-3 times a week without harm, i do not do full body workouts, i will do one day on arms, one day on chest, one day on back, one day on shoulders etc, so if you are just ddoing triceps then it is perfectly okay to do as many excercises in that session, if you use protein shakes then you can do what you like when you like as it repairs your muscles alot quicker
