No, the CPU is sufficient for that graphics card. One thing I will say though is that the AMD FX chips are crap compared to the Intel Core i5-2500k and they're similarly priced. It would be a much greater investment to go Intel than AMD. Could probably save money by choosing AMD graphics over NVIDIA too but I wouldn't complain about that, it's still a good card.
You would be just as well off with a FX4100... Eight core processors from AMD aren't going to really see any special speed, until windows 8 comes out and optimizes the the use of multiple cores... At the same time, I bet that Windows8 will speed up Intel's hyperthreading as well, to give Intel even more of a speed boost above AMD...
