Here's a litlle recipe I make myself every day-never get tired of itPut 1-minute oatmeal in the bottom of a bowl, add sweetener, sprinkle cinnamon, add low-sugar cornflakes, add Silk Soymilk Plus, finish up with some honeyDon't cook the oatmeal, it's soft enough to eat in almost no timeThis recipe is Awfully good for you! The oatmeal gives cholesterol-fighting benefits roughage, the cereal also helps with roughage vitamins, honey has a whole array of health benefits, cinnamon helps regulate blood sugarSoymilk is great for you, tooI don't think most people do.
I do not live in the UK so do not know how much things costI would be afraid the foil would lose it's shapeI would suggest buying a baking bowl, filling it a little less than half full, cook one half at a time and stick together with butter cream icing when cooledBe sure to flatten the bottom of one of the cakes by cutting a part of the rounded area off so the cake will not tilt to one sideGood luck!
