With all of these food additives that are terrible for your body, what is left to eat?

I just read an article about food additives and just how bad they are for your body.My question is this These days is it possible to eat truly healthy? And if so, how?!?!?! By never going to the grocery store?

Generally there are three things that make a fire burn.fuel, heat, oxygen. Take away one of them and the fire will go out (at least until it is reintroduced). Water takes out heat. CO2, AFFF, etc. are used to deprive fire of oxygen PKP - can't really explain the chemical reaction that takes place, but it works.
you,re overreacting. why not just do some cooking? there are no additives in any fresh food.
Yes, it is. Buy organic. And cook your own food from scratch.
By cooking from scratch, putting in your own salt etc. Ready-prepared foods have these additives to extend their shelf-life and appearance. Read labels carefully.
