in the NFL today, along with Brady, Manning, Favre and Roethlisberger. Up to this point he had stats, but I don't trust stats in today's pass happy, fantasy driven NFL. But, now he has a ring.
He is third. 1.Peyton Manning 2.Tom Brady 3.Drew Brees
Plus, he made 32 completions. That ties Brady's record. He has always been one of the best in my eyes.
Yes indeed. His percentage of pass completions during the regular season and post season were phenomenal. Not too mention in post season he did not throw an interception. Not too shabby.
tying NFL record with T. Brady 32 completion pass, NFL record 3 of 40+ feild goal, etc. etc. Saints did good!
He should have been before the game was played. Its funny that he was basically considered an afterthought for this game because of Manning, to the point that it seemed like JaMarcus Russell was the QB for the Saints and not Brees, since most thought the Colts would win this game in a blowout and that Manning would carve up the Saints defense. And while Manning played a good game, it was Brees that carved up that Colts pass defense.
