Would Putin's nuclear arsenal break like a toy inside the silos if he confronted the USA?
Hard to say. It's hard to even tell exactly what our shoot down capability is. Israel has been pretty high, and you have to think we have better. That's been the problem with it all along. The US has big leads, but even a few getting though make it not worth it.
I suspect that russia has just as meany upto date nukes as the americans do..
No more than the US toys would break inside THEIR silos, if the US were to start something.
