all of a sudden the battery packs arent working i charged them up and i put it in the controller and my controller blinks green but does not connect and i tried syncing it and it still didnt work and i kno it is the battery pack bc i used regular batteries on the controller and it still worked so any advice in what to do or if u had this problem tell me how u fixed it

Alkaline batteries last longer than cheaper dry batteries. If your son uses the Xbox that much, get the Play Charge kit which lasts for over 20 hours of play. You can buy additional batteries or more play and charge kits which include a charger cable along with the battery. The charger battery connects to the front of the Xbox 360's USB (or any PC USB port will do) so you can play whilst it is charging.
