My passenger side door was broken into and the entire lock and part of the handle to the door was broken off. You can now open my door from the outside without a key. Try a press and lever. The bottle goes between two surfaces (wooden boards, perhaps. The top board is attached to a fulcrum, and has a lever coming on top of it. Then you apply weight to the other end of the lever, and make it long enough that crushing the bottle is easy. (Much easier to crush bottles if you take off the top.)
