Question:

Are these fake urban decay pallets?

Are these fake Urban Decay palettes??

Answer:

You need to calculate how much wrap are you going to use to wrap the pallet. We normally go up and down the pallet once with two rotations at the top and three at the bottom. Our pallets are normally 1.4 metre's high. Our wrapper is fully auto. We have never been able to work out the exact amount of wrap to be used because of the different types of wrap we get. Some wrap will stretch more, other will break, the operators will change the settings on the wrapper unit. I would measure the pallet, times the times you need to wrap the pallet, allow for some stretch. Mulitply the number of pallets. Then work out the length of plastic required. Easy as.
can you run a resistance heater coil (careful not to make it too powerful) inside the roll dispenser to keep the roll of wrap warm enough until it is wrapped around the pallet? (kind of like a seat warmer for your wrap) If possible, it should reduce the amount of energy required because you are not trying to heat the entire area. or you could mount something akin to a couple hair dryers mounted on the wrapper arm to keep the just the roll warm enough.
