I usually get 1 basic cable HBO channel in my apartment which was just HBO the regular channel. Now it got switched over to something stupid called HBO comedy and I don't get any of the shows I want to watch. Who controls switching this over? My landlord or Comcast for this?
Normally speaking, a customer cannot subscribe to HBO comedy only. Either you get all of the HBO channels, or you get none. The monthly cost includes all of them HBO 1 HBO 2, HBO signature, comedy ect. It sounds like you may be having a service problem. I would contact your cable provider for troubleshooting. I don't think your landlord would have anything to do with that. I think HBO would be responsible for switching that channel not your landlord or comcast.
