So we use chemicals and a plunger and the sink will improve a lot but a few hours to a day later it will be clogged up again, does anyone have any advice? Is there any kind of product tgat can cause this because as far as i know all we use is toothpaste and soap and shaving cream.Thanks
Ask the people at the Hardware Store for a strainer to put over the drain . That way the strainer catches the things that are clogging Your drain before it get's down there.
The vent stack may also be clogged
My guess is that you have a big plug of hair and goop in the trap, and you either need to clean it out yourself, if you know how to do this, or hire a plumber to do it for you. This involves taking apart the pipes under the sink, so if you have never done this before, better spring for professional assistance. If you are renters, call the landlord.
