The time it takes for the tires to pass the bump is so little that it causes the upward movement to be less noticeable. I believe the forward momentum of the car prevents it from jumping up as much as well.
Assuming that is downstream of your meter and/or regulator, then that is plenty good. I assume you soaped the joints to look for leaks and didn't just rely on a pressure gage reading. The soap test is the only way to go. If the propane is straight from the tank or bottle then you need a pressure test of at least 220 psi or greater because propane has a vapor pressure of about 200 psi at 100 degrees or so.
ive bought some clothes that had those warning labels too so i looked into it. all the lead is for is too make the clothes look nice and brand new. but its not alot of lead though, your just supposed to wash it before you ever wear it. i guess the small amount of lead is supposed to leave when you wash it so really you shouldnt worry. hope i helped
