i have a toshiba laptop that is only a few months old and lately the built in memory card reader will not work.i put in my SD card, the light flicks on to say its in there but then nothing happens.whats wrong with it? HELPPPPP please :)
try another memory card!!
Given the age of the computing device the reader must be broken notwithstanding it ought to easily be grimy. There are little contacts interior the reader that may get dusty. attempt blowing the slot with a can of compressed air. i grow to be having this challenge with my reader.
check your laptop specs. It might just read SD cards and you are using SDHC cards. If I were you, I would go out and drop ~$10 on a decent USB SD/SDHC reader. Don't worry about the built in.
