Can anyone give me a good recipe for Meatloaf?

I am not to fond of meatloaf and have never made it but my husband has asked me to make it before he leaves for Iraq; which is in two weeksI want to make him the best meatloaf I possibly can and I was wondering if anyone would like to share their recipe?

This looks tasty! 2 pounds ground beef 1/3 cup chopped peeled onion 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1 1/4 teaspoons chili powder 3 cloves garlic, crushed 1 1/4 teaspoons ground sage 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 3/4 cup milk 2 large eggs 1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce 2/3 cup bread crumbs 4 slices bacon 1/4 cup tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 1Combine the first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl 2In a large bowl, combine milk ,eggs and Worcestershire sauceMix in beef mixtureAdd bread crumbs 3Grease a large sheet of aluminum foil, place bacon on foilMold mixture over baconRefrigerate 2 hours, or over night 4Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) 5Place meatloaf on a cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour 6Combine ketchup, brown sugar, salt, mustard and pepperOpen foil , drain any juiceSpoon ketchup mixture over meatloaf and bake, uncovered, an additional 30 minutesServe immediately Makes 6 servings.
I like R-30 faced fiberglassI would only use blown in if your not going to expose the inside of the wallThe reason I don't like blown in is because it settles over time thus leaving a gap exposed at the top.
