Question:

Can my landlord video tape the interior of my house?

My landlord entered while I was gone for 4 days to inspect the property. I had no idea he was doing this. He apparently filmed the interior of the property to show it's condition (which he is using against me. HIS realtor says the appartment is in good condition and clean). Can he do this?I feel like this is too far over the line of peaceful enjoyment and intrusive behavior.Any landlord's out there who would enter without making contact with the tenant first (after 4 other entries into the unit within 2 months) to notify and then film? And let me be clear. There is zero damage. The place is in fact clean. And it is obvious.

Answer:

Since you didn't mention water I assume you seen none so there is no leak in that area. That sounds very much like a loose electronic component , might be the the tester switch , or an internal connection. Usually when that happens vibration will set it off , sometimes it'll stop if the part moves again , sometimes it'll stick in place. For your safety I'd advise replacing it, it's not worth the risks. Hope that helps you , Good luck.
I would do a couple of things before I went out and got a new mouse. Open the bottom that holds the ball in place and clean the inside with a cotton swab and some alcohol. Just twist it with your fingertips and it should come right off and the ball will drop out. Clean the ball as well. Put it back together and check it. It may also be the connection to your PC. Unplug it and use compressed air to clean the receptacle on the PC. Then plug the mouse back in. If this doesn't work I would do the following: Click on Start Settings Control Panel Mouse (or mouse icon) On the mouse control window click the Hardware tab at the top then click the troubleshoot button at the bottom. Follow the directions. If you do need a new mouse, merely plugging it in will make it work. They usually come with software but it's not necessary for standard operation.
Well, in nascar your fine. Ya know you can sit in the car, fire suit and all, no one ever notices. Good thing for Danica, ever see the legs on that girl ? Haunting, to say the least. In comparison I bet cha yours are just fine. You HAVE grown rather attached to them ya know.
