No because dolomite is a rock and the explosive substance must be a flammable one.
dust is not explosive as such. you need an oxidation reaction. dust can act as a catalyst by offering a large surface area to present a lot of oxygen for the reaction to take place explosively. Dolomite has no capability of oxidizing because the cations are already fully ionized by the combination with carbonate.
