cant access the control panel says &this operation has been canceled due to restriction in effect.&

first of all i use windows XPi had recent virus problems and managed to clean most of the mess up. but the thing is i can't get to the control panel and its gone from my start menu. it's giving me that restricted message operation has been canceled due to restriction on this computer. this never happened before and there is only one user on the computer. so how am i suppose to contact the system admin when i am the admin. also when i right click on the desktop and click properties i get the same message.if anyone knowledgable about the subject could help me out it would be greatly appriciated

Hi! Sometimes when it looks like a tooth needs a root canal, it's possible to reverse the infection if it isn't to bad. The dentist will drill away all the damaged tooth structure, and then put a medicated filling in, and cover it with a temporary filling. Then you will go back in a while, check if the medicated filling has worked and then decide what to do from there. If it worked, you will just get a permanent filling. One important note though, make sure you get a silver filling. Bacteria doesn't grow very well on silver fillings and it is more likely to keep your teeth healthy. You stand a bigger chance of keeping your tooth if your permanent filling is a silver filling. Good luck!
Well all I can say is your boss must not be too bright because all he has to do is show proof that you are still working and receiving disability and report it to workers comp and then you lose your disability.
Yes, I once tried it in an office building. I literally ran like the wind when the white stuff went everywhere! Until this day, they still don't know it was me! BAHAHAHA :D
