Characteristics of biomass boilers

Characteristics of biomass boilers

Answer:

The fuel is fed into the furnace by the screw feeder, where it is preheated, dried, ignited and burned due to the action of the high temperature flue gas and the primary air. During this process, a large amount of volatiles are precipitated and the combustion is severe.
The unvulcanized fuel is moved toward the rear of the grate until it burns, and the remainder of the remaining ash falls into the dross at the back of the grate.
The resulting high-temperature flue gas flushes the main heating surface of the boiler, enters the boiler tail heating surface economizer and air preheater, and then into the dust collector, and finally into the atmosphere by the chimney.
Boiler fuel is BMF fuel, the fuel from the feeder into the roof silo, and then by the screw feeder into the furnace, even scattered on the grate.
