Do you need help to install a chair?
I have assembled a number of chairs and never had a problem with the armrests. Loosen all the screws until loose enough to get all of them started, then just tighten them in rotation, a little at a time. And by the way, calling somebody stupid on here doesn't get you much good help, your question was quite ambiguous.
Install it into what? Your living room, no, not if you can pick it up. Taking it up a narrow flight of stairs? Maybe.
