Question:

does my landlord need to fix these things?

our oven, is always hot and the CO2 detectors go off every time we TRY and use it. also opening it makes our ears bleed, the bottom breaks off and you can clearly see the rust inside of it, which i assume is unsafe. well at least its not clean. also the windows don't close, and cannot LOCK. mostly i don't want to pay the heating bill come winter. Chicago is cold as **** ya know. and whoever did the windows last time clearly did a **** job, because the lining is put in worse than I've ever seen. and apparently there's an ant infestation in my roommates room. the kitchen door to the back porch, leading to the back alley, doesn't lock.. or shut properly. so what should i do/ should my landlord be doing?and since i've already asked him about all these things; who should i complain to?

Answer:

Well this might have to do with things you deal with in life.. A parent that doesn't understand, a math problem you don't know how to solve, some situation continuous fight you go through. You try, but you can never reach. You cant escape the heat. But once you decide to give up a solution comes your way. I mean maybe you're having flash backs from a past problem that you're either thinking of now because you're facing a similar one or just remembering a bad time. Good Luck Hope ive helped :)
yes i got a viper alarm from a company that would uninstall then reinstall them for i think 75 dollars, well they do not do that anymore so i did it myself last time and it was quite easy. i had it in 4 different cars and it is aroun 15 years old and still chirping
