do i have to buy the battery pack separately? and is there another way to charge the battery pack without a cable?
I'm assuming you mean for the controller, since I'm not aware of any battery pack for the actual 360 Slim. And no, it doesn't. If you want the rechargeable battery for the controller, you have to buy it separately. There is also a docking station that will charge one or more controllers at once but again, that's a separate purchase.
