General table lamp reading, how many lumens brightness bulb enough?
Desk light can be 600 lumens inside, buy that adjustable light can.
You can use a few hundred lumens, not too bright, preferably eye protection light.
500 or so can be, if you read a book, it is recommended to use a protective eye.
