In Dragon Ball Z Kai, Goku uses instant transmission to transport himself to King Kai‘s planet. How is this possible? King Kai lives in Other World, basically Heaven, shouldn‘t that be on another plane of existence, inaccessible by people living on Earth? By the way, Instant Transmission isn‘t magic.

Instant Transmission allows Goku and anyone that is in physical contact with him to instantly travel great distances (from meters to light-years, or even travel between the living world and Other World) just by concentrating on a particular individual's ki signature, and transmitting or feeling that being's location. Im not sure if thats what you were lookin for but its a start.
