could be a wiper motor not working but fist things first and check the fuses im not sure but i think the gm products have seperate fuses for each wiper motor.
I'm sure you can. Try Locke Plumbing Supply. They should be in the Yellow Pages. We have one here in Plano. Most any plumbing supply will carry it. With the price of copper no days, it won't be cheap.
